Objectives

• To provide a comprehensive, coordinated and integrated range of support services for frail aged people, individuals with a disability who are at risk of premature or inappropriate admission to long term residential care, and their carers.

• To support these people in the absence of support services to be more independant at home and in the community, thereby enhancing their quality of life and/or preventing their premature or inappropriate admission to long term residential care.

• To provide settlement services for new migrants with permanent residency.

• To provide flexible, timely services that respond to the needs of clients.
