Our Community Support Team Leader provides information, support and referral for frail aged people, individuals with disabilities, and carers/ families, to enable informed choices in the establishment and coordination of support services.
Community support services include:
Initial counseling such as grief counseling, dementia support and counseling, counseling to assist recovery from a critical incident or illness, referral for professional counseling for depression or long term emotional and psychological conditions.
Advocacy refers to the provision of advice to individuals about their rights and responsibilities when receiving our services and, at the individual's request, to act on their behalf with other services providers.
Information services refer to the provision of information to a client or a carer, i.e. information about other services available in the area.
Home visiting by our trained staff helps to maintain client focused services based on the changing needs of the individual.

Yarramalong Valley
This month’s bus outing is to Yarramalong Valley. There are three outings, Saturday 11th September,Saturday 25th September and Wednesday 22nd September.The bus leaves the centre at 9am and returns at approximately 4.30pm
