Provided by Lower North Shore Community Transport and dedicated volunteers, individual transport for medical appointments is offered to those who meet our needs assessment criteria.

Through home visiting by our Transport Coordinator, clients receive the benefit of an individualised, well plannned, comprehensive service to ensure their ongoing changing needs are met. Transport is offered one way or return at a small fee, and clients are guaranteed to arrive on time to all appointments.
