Do you need assistance with transport to your appointments?
If you are frail or have a significant health issue, our assisted transport service can help get you where you need to go.
We can arrange for one of our volunteers to pick you up from your home and drive you to medical and other appointments, activities and social outings.
Our volunteer will also assist you to get from the vehicle to your destination and on the return journey, see you safely from the vehicle to your front door.
