Dementia café

If you are a carer, family member or friend of someone who has dementia, Rotary D-Caf is a warm and welcoming place to bring your loved one, where you can both relax and share your experiences with others.

Enjoy a chat over a morning cuppa and try your hand at gentle exercises, games and puzzles. We also have occasional guest speakers talking about aspects of dementia and support services.

The café is open from 10am to 12 noon once a month (every 4th Wednesday), from February to November.

Support is provided by trained volunteers from the Rotary Clubs of Crows Nest, Northbridge, North Sydney and North Sydney Sunrise, along with staff from the Crows Nest Centre.

To ensure we are COVIDSafe, numbers are strictly limited and bookings essential, so get in touch now to reserve your place.
